Carna Biosciences and IBL Co., Ltd. have agreed to collaborate in the research of antibodies against human protein kinases.Under this contract, IBL Co., Ltd. Obtained the exclusive commercialization rights for anti-protein kinase antibodies resulting from this collaboration.IBL Co., Ltd. also agreed to invest in Carna Biosciences.
