Carna Biosciences has decided to establish wholly-owned subsidiary, CarnaBio USA, Inc., located in Massachusette, USA. This is to meet an increasing demand of customers of North America that we will be able to provide our kinase related products and services in a timely manner. Operation is scheduled to start in June, 2008.
