QuickScout Screening Assist™ ELISA Kit are Ready-To-Run tools designed for measuring inhibitor activity in a kinase assay using the ELISA platform. Our kits save you time and effort when developing an ELISA assay for your kinase of interest and accelerate your path to high quality data.
Our QSS Assist™ ELISA Assay Kit contains Carna's protein kinase, assay buffer, and pre-optimized peptide substrate. By following the protocol in the kit, you can readily perform an in-house kinase assay on your target of interest and generate high quality data. The kit ATP concentration is fixed around the Km value determined for each kinase. The kit minimum order volume is 100dp. Antibody is not included for kinases shown with the ⁂ symbol.
