Confidential Agreement or Service Agreement may be concluded between your organization and Carna prior to disucussion about your request details.
Once you're ready to place an order, please fill out the Application Form for Cell-based Tyrosine Kinase Assay Services, and send it to us as an attachment to an e-mail at info@carnabio.com, BEFORE sending your compounds to ACD.
Please use the latest Application Form downloaded from a respective service page on our web site. Any older versions are NOT acceptable.

Please prepare compounds according to the instructions on the Application Form and Compound Handling and Shipping page. If your compounds do not meet ACD's requirement, please consult us prior to shipping your compounds. Please make sure that all compound IDs descibed on the Application Form are consistent with the ones on each compound label. Upon arrival at ACD, your compounds are carefully checked for labeling, quantity, volume, and damage. We will notify you by e-mail after ACD receives your compounds.

The requested study is initiated after ACD receives your compounds and all necessary documents. Standard turnaround time is four (4) weeks after initiation.

At the completion of each study, all experimental data , together with experimental methods, are reported in the Excel files.
