QuickScout Screening Assist™ FP Assay Kits
QuickScout Screening Assist™ FP Assay Kits are Ready-To-Run tools designed for in-house kinase screening and profiling for use with Molecular Devices' IMAP™ technologies and any device which can detect fluorescence polarization. Our kits save you time and effort when developing your target assay and contribute to obtaining high quality data.
The ATP concentration in our kits is fixed around the Km value for each kinase. The minimum kit size is 400dp, for use in both in-house kinase screening and profiling. (Beads are not included in the kits, however these can be obtained separately upon request).
