Biotin-labeled Peptide Substrate List
Carna’s biotin-labeled peptide substrates demonstrate high stability when used in solid-phase assay systems coated with avidin. Since the biotin is labeled at the N-terminus, the phosphorylation site remains structurally unobstructed, contributing to the generation of highly reliable data.
Our biotin-labeled peptide substrates, each labeled with a biotin molecule at the N-terminus (except for the Histone H3 peptide, which is labeled at the C-terminus), are optimized using our protein kinases for assays across various platforms, including ADP-Glo™ and HTRF™. These substrates are suitable for a wide range of research applications, such as high-throughput screening and protein–protein interaction studies.
