QSS Assist™ Mobility Shift Assay Kits

Carna's QSS Assist™ Mobility Shift Assay Kits is a Ready-To-Run tool for in-house kinase screening and profiling which is applicable on PerkinElmer's LabChip® technologies. The minimum size of product is 400dp, usable for both in-house kinase screening and profiling. The ATP concentration was fixed around each kinase’s Km value. Users only dilute each component with purified water. After initial purchase, components may be purchased separately. (Minimum order requirements apply.) Peptide substrate sole (without metal and ATP) is available, so customers can perform assays by their own protocol. For more details, please click here.
