Required Volume and Other Information

Compounds may be delivered as either a solid or a liquid (preferred). All compounds should be soluble in DMSO. For other solvents, please consult us prior to your compound shipment.

IC50 Determinations & Residence Time Analysis/CDK Panel Assay

Instruction for compound preparation can be found on the Application Form for NanoBRET™ TE Intracellular Kinase Assays.

a. Liquids
Please provide the required volume of compound(s) in 100% DMSO at a concentration 1000-fold greater than the desired testing concentration together with all necessary information completed on the Application Form. Required compound volume for each request is shown automatically in the completed Application Form. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

b. Solids
Compounds submitted as solids must be shipped pre-weighed with the accurate molecular weight, quantity and purity recorded on the Application Form. Please provide compound(s) in a vessel deep enough to accommodate the required volume of DMSO solution. We do NOT weigh your compounds. Please contact us for required amount of solid compound(s) for your request.

Kinome-Wide Profiling
Please provide 100μL of each compound in 100% DMSO at a concentration 1000-fold greater than the desired testing concentration.

Shipments lacking the requested information may have a delay in study initiation.
